Pixtangle — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the Pixtangle mobile application (the “App”), developed by Aliaksei Pranko (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it on iOS and Android.

Summary

Pixtangle is an offline puzzle game. We do not require an account, we do not operate our own servers, and we do not ourselves collect, store, or share any personal information. Your game progress (completed levels, coins, collection, settings) is stored only locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Advertising

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and limit how often you see the same ad, Google may collect and process information from your device, including:

• device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android);
• IP address and coarse (approximate) location derived from it;
• device and app information (model, operating system, app version);
• ad interaction data (views, clicks).

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Please see Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices and consent

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before any ads are requested. You can decline or customize consent; you can change your choice at any time in the App under Profile → Ad privacy.
• On iOS, the App requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency before using the advertising identifier. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

Crash reporting and analytics

To keep the App stable and understand how it is played, we use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (services provided by Google). They collect:

• crash reports: device model, operating system version, app version, and the technical state of the App at the moment of a crash;
• anonymous usage events (for example, that a level was started or completed) together with app instance identifiers, device and app information.

We configure Firebase Analytics not to collect advertising identifiers. This data is aggregated, is not used to identify you, and is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy documentation.

Data we collect ourselves

Beyond the services described above, none. The App works offline apart from advertising and diagnostics. We have no access to your game progress, and we do not collect contact details or any other personal data.

Progress backups

To let your game progress survive reinstalling the App, it may be backed up to your own cloud storage: your personal iCloud account on iOS and your personal Google Drive (via Android Auto Backup) on Android. These backups contain only game progress, stay within your own Apple/Google account, and are never transmitted to us.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served through Google AdMob in accordance with its policies.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled (for example, in-app purchases or crash reporting), we will update this policy and change the effective date above.
